This morning, we had a very strong wind from the south east. It was still quite cold, but that wind was so strong, that a few days of wind like that, and that ice would be blown right out of the Lagoon.
Speaking of the Lagoon, Tyge and I saw a muskrat zooming around in the bit of open water between shore and the ice. That little guy was really movin' - but he was not happy. He kept bumping against the ice. My guess is that he had heard that Carol had predicted the ice would be out by today and was ready to go!
Here's where we're today on the Lagoon Ice Classic. Scott and Brad bit the big one today.
