Well, major progress today on the Lagoon de-icing front. The ice is still there, but there is way less of it. The east half of the lagoon is almost ice free. The wind is blowing tonight. It is quite possible that the wind will blow the rest the ice out of here by tomorrow or early Tuesday.
Bill fell out of the running today. Next up are Kim and Sandra.

Tyge and Da Ski Boy from the west end of the Lagoon. The ice goes out at the northwest end of the lagoon. So the ice sort of piles up at this end as it waits to go out. Doesn't look much like a Spring day does it? Definitely cold and windy tonight. A year ago it was 70 degrees. sigh...

Here's a view through the house from the southside of the Lagoon. That dirty dark blue indicates water sodden ice - just waiting to sink down.
