Late this afternoon, Tyge and I got a wild hare and decided to do a bit of geocaching out a Kincaid Park. The rain had stopped, the clouds had lifted, and the sun was shining! It was now or never on the get-out-and-have-fun front!
We had a great time and were quite successful - we bagged two caches. But even better than the caching was the spectacular view out over Turnagain Arm.
Here is our cover dog, Tyge looking wind blown and dashing with the Arm behind him.

O.K. - I admit it. He needs a haircut!

Our cable modem service picked Labor Day weekend to go on the fritz. It is deader than a door nail, so I'm coming to you via dial-up - which is soooooo painfully slow. ugh...
Our theory is that the month of rain probably penetrated a coax cable connection somewhere outside the house. And of course, this being Labor Day weekend, we can't get a tech out until Tuesday. Oh well.
The sound you hear are our bits and bytes amblin' through our Internet "tubes".
