It's been several days since my last post - I had sort of iffy week on the feeling good front. But, I've recouped a bit which is good because as I type, I'm in Santa Clara. I'm down here in sunny California for a four day Identity Management Conference that starts on Monday. I'm here a day early because of a $300 difference in air fare - cheaper to spend an extra day - even with hotel - than to fly down on Sunday.
I bet everyone can guess what I'm going to do with my free day - yup Geocaching here I come! I've picked out a bunch of caches in Grant Park. It's in the foothills of eastern Santa Clara valley, so hopefully, it will be somewhat outdoorsy.
Tonight, I had dinner at a fabulous little country french bistro - Brigitte's. It's the best french food I've had since Paris. And it was light - not heavy!!!! And the wine!!!! Oooooh!!!! I had the most glorious sauternes with my peach napolean dessert. Definitely heavenly!
