Beer giant Molson's attempt to wrest the Internet domain name Canadian.biz from a consultant "is a polite form of highway robbery," a lawyer for the Toronto man said Tuesday in court. Molson Canada challenged Douglas Black's ownership of the Web site soon after he registered it in March. The brewery holds the trademark for the word Canadian as it applies to beer. 7:09:12 AM
