The preliminary DOJ order on Microsoft is in - Check c|net and slashdot - Looks like Judge Kotelly-Kollar has approved the bulk of the MS-DOJ settlement, but is asking the parties to give her some extra powers for monitering the agreement. Overall how do you think this settlement is going to affect you? There is not going to be a split of the company as was originally indicated in the original findings.
