Some cool Macromedia success stories -

Clyde's Online is the web home of Clyde's on Madison, the most upscale
pharmacy in New York City's upper east side. The Developer used DW MX
and Flash MX to create the e-commerce site.

MSNBC used Flash MX's video capabilities to develop this news site for
Election Day 2002.  They will soon be launching a similar site with
information on the latest US conflict with Iraq.

Nike Golf recently launched a new web site developed completely in Flash

section).  http://www.nikegolf.com <http://www.nikegolf.com>

Sony Canada engaged Alliance Partner Organic to create a Flash online
environment displaying Sony's home theatre technology.  The site allows
users to choose home theatre bundles or configure home theatre
components that are appropriate for their homes, budgets and tastes.

Another note about BBEdit integration and performance - From Rich Seigal, BBEdit - Mac OS X 10.2.2 is now available via the Software Update control panel for users of Mac OS X 10.2 and 10.2.1, and it does indeed address the bug which caused a hang when using BBEdit integration from Dreamweaver. Therefore, the recommended solution for customers who are experiencing this hang is to update to Mac OS X 10.2.2, -not- to disable BBEdit integration. Complete information on the fixes in this update are available from Apple's web site:

    <http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107140>

The update is available immediately through the Software Update pane of
System Preferences:

    <http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106704>

We strongly encourage all BBEdit customers to update to Mac OS X 10.2.2
and to BBEdit 6.5.3:
