OAL All-Or-Nothing? Brett Glass critiques the EFF's Open Audio License. [Scripting News]
I'm not a lawyer, but this looks like a valid critique. The gist is that the OAL is too all-or-nothing. The lack of flexibility could hurt artists who adopt the license without understanding the full legal ramifications. That makes sense to me.
