A new tactic? Could this be a new tactic for avoiding military service? Finland dismissing Internet-addicted conscripts (AFP). AFP - A growing number of conscripts have to be dismissed from Finland's armed forces every year due to an Internet addiction that makes them unsuited for service, an official said. [Yahoo! News - World] Used to be that young men who didn't care to be drafted might feign illness, disability, homosexuality, or some other factor that might get them out.
