North Carolina needs a good blog aggregator. Ruby Sinreich complained in a comment that NC Blogs has been hijacked by ideologues, but the limited selection of blogs there is really due to a technology problem -- it doesn't accept RSS feeds, which is like a store not taking Visa cards, no way to do high-volume business.
