George Newstrom resigned yesterday as Virginia's Secretary of Technology after just over two years.  It was a dynamic period for Virginia which included the establishment of VITAEugene Huang will be taking his place.  I'm sure he will be very aggressive in pursuing the agenda that has been pushed by Governor Warner.  Utah has been closely monitoring Virginia's progress because of the major change in governance that was implemented at the time of Newstrom's arrival.
