Edict made the Oakland Tech News. Cool Stuff. They've got some nice quotes from Tor.
"Although Edict’s dedication to its customers is one reason for its success, it’s not the only one. Hough’s unique hiring practices have provided him with a staff he feels is second to none.
“We have seven full-time employees, and keep two or three interns from Michigan State University and Oakland University. Everything for us comes down to personality and the ability to learn,” said Hough. “If you look at my staff, there are an equal mix of art and history majors to technology majors.
“I think I can always teach somebody the technology aspect, it’s harder to teach someone to think and to work effectively with other people.”

I'm not sure what this says about the state of advertising, but it is definitely different.
