Rochester, MI has an excellent curb side recycling program. I'll boast that my household produces more recycled trash than uncrecycled.

- High Priest of the Atari Cult. Give him your poor, your outmoded gaming consoles. Where others see obsolete technology, Benjamin Heckendorn sees opportunity. He's turned a few lucky castoffs into lithe little portables that run classic game cartridges. By Stuart Luman for Wired magazine. ( I loved this article / photos in the paper rag. )
- Gadget-Heavy Audi Geeks It Up. The 2004 A8 L might look like your typical yuppie-mobile, but the seductive sedan comes loaded with high-tech bells and whistles designed to satisfy the geekiest of road warriors. John Gartner reports from New York. ( Unfortunately, my commute lasts 2 minutes in a car. )
- Online, Some Bloggers Never Die. The messengers are gone, but their messages live on. The final posts from webloggers now deceased have become a popular topic of discussion on some weblogs. By Christopher Null.
- Can Apple Corner Music Market?. Rumored online service would sell Mac users songs from top record labels and integrate seamlessly with iPod players and iTunes software, insiders say. Record execs swoon over another feature: The service would pay royalties to troubled music biz. ( Friday, May 2 release date of new 15GB and 30GB iPods and music service? )
