Apple QuickTime Player Has an Unspecified Flaw That Permits Remote Code Execution. Apple has been notified, and the vulnerability has not been spelled out in detail by the discoverer, eEye, in keeping with eEye's policy of giving the vendor time to create a patch. Reports from some news sources, such as this ComputerWorld article, say that the vulnerability affects all platforms that QuickTime Player runs on, and is present in the software's default settings.

Techworld has an article that says that Apple is working on a patch: QuickTime hole waiting to be filled in

This article says the problem exists on all versions of QuickTime.
