Apple releases Safari 1.0: "Apple CEO Steve Jobs announced that Apple would make the final version of its Safari Web browser available for download Monday. It's available for download from Apple's Web site and through the Software Update System Preferences pane. I'm wondering if the new iChat AV software supports the H.323 videoconferencing standard commonly used in the Windows world. Any pointers to information on this? (None was available on the Apple site.)

The new Top 500 list of fastest computers has been released. Finland is at position 43 with the IBMSC system.
