GM balances fascism with communism
The WSJ providing a vehicle here for GM's CEO to push for socialized medicine in the US (highlighed in red).
This plan is also known as unloading your contractual obligations to US taxpayers rather than well-connected major stockholders.
With commies running GM it's no wonder they are the "market" leader in mainland China.
