Israel National Radio meets the John Birch Society What was the President of the John Birch Society doing on Israel National Radio last week? Bashing the UN of course. I have to admit that it was somewhat painful for me to listen to the obvious generational divide between our 60 something president John F. McManus and the not more than 20 something (I hope) radio jockette Tamar Jonah. I am encouraged though to see that the recent top management changes at the JBS have put a new urgency into our work; even to the point of going international with our message. As our founder Robert Welch used to say, "We mean business every step of the way." Yes, I am well aware of the universe that INR orbits* in and that it is not to be confused with NPR. But, our our next Birch skunk works project currently under consideration might just break into the MSM: IMPEACH BUSH NOW! * or floats in. 5:14:29 PM ![]() |
No, really. Th UN is behind the destruction of Christmas Sarcasm aside, Ed Cone gave a courteous plug to my post on the 1959 Birch pamphlet regarding the UN's "attack" on Christmas.
Yeah, it reads a bit dated. But, the advice contained therein to letter writers is still sound.
If you think the JBS was over the top on its outlook towards the UN, please consider what UN promoters were lobbying for back then.
