Blogging for Newbies Lesson III: One click away from Public Humiliation Well, I got a couple of referrals from Google today! Normally this would be a cause for celebration. However, my hits came from my own misspelling of Rene Magritte's name. It is odd, in that I was on several sites with the correct name...I'm no sure how I got the misspelled version in the first place, but I dutifully carried it through two posts. 2 for 3 Mystery Maker OK, I guessed right on the George Ohr pot on last week's Ceramics Today's Mystery Maker . For this week's, I'm going with Peter Voulkos. I have to say the pot looks familiar and I've seen some of Voulkos' prints, so I think I have a leg up on this one. Then again, I was pretty sure of myself with the other wise nicely done post on Kasimir Malevich...it turned out to be Nikolai Suetin. 9:34:03 PM
