"Southern" Glaze Names Glaze Names, con't What about pots glazed with such names as: 'Outback or Desert', 'Broken Hill Blue', 'Broken Hill Green', 'Midnight Blue', and 'Evening Jacaranda'?  These conjure up images of nature and in one's mind, append those images to the pots themselves.  They are also "Australian" glazes by Brian Moore, at his Inglewood Hill Pottery. Understood as such, they bring a "down under" aspect to the pieces, as well as a more specific geographic location to the natural images in one's mind. 6:30:35 AM
