We can find ways to make the cars already on the roads move faster. Or we can have fewer cars clogging the most crowded roads during busiest times."
§ - Threat to rail, tram services - (Melbourne) "The number of fare dodgers has doubled in the past two years, with almost 115,000 people fined since last June. It is estimated up to 500,000 commuters did not pay in the past year but escaped detection. Fare evasion costs the public transport system about $50 million a year."
