Nevada Border Gas Stations Face Competitive Disadvantage -- from Arizona and California
A Nevada state senate panel approved legislation allowing for fuel tax rebates for gas stations along Nevada's border which face competition from neighboring states with lower gas taxes. The rebates would only apply to Nevada's southern and western borders, as Utah has higher gasoline taxes.
