Comedic Justice?

Whilst house hunting today, I happened to be driving up Wilson Blvd past an office of my old company. Except, it's not theirs anymore. The marquee has changed, and if there could be a funnier new tenant, I'm not sure what it could be. Westlake is now a Professional Bartending School.
Somewhere, Steve Heckler is crying. All I can said is...Good.
