"Washington, 23 January 2004 : Late last winter, as U.S. President George W. Bush was making his case for war in Iraq, Joseph Wilson was giving interviews to the news media disputing the president's argument.
Wilson was once the U.S. ambassador to Gabon. In 2002, the CIA sent him to Africa to determine the validity of a British intelligence report that the government of Iraqi President Saddam Hussein had tried to buy uranium in Niger."
In retaliation, Karl Rove, President George W. Bush's top political adviser, exposed Ms Plame, Wilson's wife, as a CIA agent, thus endangering her life and CIA operations.
FT: "It is illegal to reveal knowingly the identity of an undercover officer, and the prosecutor has been searching for the source of the leak who revealed Ms Plame's identity, which was first reported by Robert Novak, a columnist."

Ambassador Joseph Wilson is of the opinion that the Bush administration committed treason.
The Nation: "Rove committed a firing offense. He leaked national security information as part of a fierce campaign to undermine Wilson, who had criticized the White House on the war on Iraq."
George W. Bush: "There are too many leaks of classified information in Washington. If there's leaks out of my Administration, I want to know who it is, and if the person has violated the law, the person will be taken care of."

In a genuinely democratic country this would have been enough to topple the government. But as we have a Mafia government, it is possible it won't even come to firing Rove.

Wired: "Allegations of misconduct by U.S. researchers reached record highs last year as the Department of Health and Human Services received 274 complaints - 50 percent higher than 2003 and the most since 1989 when the federal government established a program to deal with scientific misconduct.
Research suggests this is but a small fraction of all the incidents of fabrication, falsification and plagiarism."

Guardian: "The claim of responsibility for the London attacks was first posted on one of the dozens of Islamic websites that are routinely monitored by western intelligence services.
It was posted on an Arabic website, al-qal3ah.com, which is registered by Qalaah Qalaah in Abu Dhabi and hosted by a server in Houston, Texas."
So Texas is hosting Al-Qaeda now?

YNetNews: "The terror attack in London last week may be tied to a suicide bombing on Tel Aviv's beachfront in April 2003, German newspaper Bild am Sonntag reported Monday.
According to the paper, Mossad officials informed British security authorities that the explosive material used in the Tel Aviv attack on Mike's Place pub was apparently also utilized to stage the series of bombings in London on Thursday.
Moreover, the Mossad office in London received advance notice about the attacks, but only six minutes before the first blast, the paper reports. As a result, it was impossible to take any action to prevent the blasts."
Rather strange, don't you think? How could they tell at this stage? Again, a cover-up? Coming from the right-wing Bild this is probably planted information.
