AztlanElectronicNews: "On Friday, outgoing Georgia Rep. Cynthia McKinney has filed articles of impeachment against President George W Bush, Vice President Dick Cheney, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
McKinney charges that Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld manipulated intelligence and lied to justify war, and that Bush abused the Office of the Presidency by engaging in illegal domestic spying.

Now that the Democrats have taken control of both houses of the Congress, incoming House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-CA, has already made it clear that 'impeachment is off the table' and warned members of her party not to go after impeachment. There are some Democrats who view impeachment as the wrong approach and a waste of effort despite that a recent Newsweek poll from October 24th showed that 51 percent of Americans would like to see Bush impeached.

This country has been deeply injured and Congress must act to start the healing process. As McKinney's final act as a public servant in last week in office, she has taken those steps to start that process by put impeachment back on the table. The question is, will other members of Congress have the courage to support the action or will her fellow party members continue to toe the party line, now that they are the ones in control of Congress?"

This sums up the hypocrisy of present-day America. The Democrats will not impeach a president who is a war criminal. Only a few Democrats like McKinney who are real Americans, have the courage to stand up and ask for justice.
George W. Bush deserves the death penalty.
America, are you not ashamed?

TheNews: "The United States, which is the world's biggest exporter of arms and accounts for more than 50 per cent of all arms exports, on Wednesday became the only country in the United Nations to vote against letting work begin on a new treaty to bolster arms embargoes and prevent human rights abuses by setting uniform worldwide standards for arms deals. The vote in the 192-nation UN General Assembly was 153-1, with the United States casting the sole 'no' vote. Twenty-four other nations abstained, including major arms sellers Russia and China and emerging exporters India and Pakistan."

Guardian: "The assassins who poisoned Alexander Litvinenko in a London hotel bar may have exposed themselves to a potentially fatal dose of radioactivity, according to an FBI assessment of the killing."
Comment: What has the FBI to do with this case? Do they have a stake in it?

"Tests which have revealed a trail of polonium-210 across more than a dozen locations around the capital suggest the killers could have ingested substantial amounts of the isotope.
Officials from the FBI, which has been asked to offer technical assistance to the British investigation, have concluded that the killers were not professionally trained to handle the substance. This suggests the use of radioactive material made the killing 'as much a message as a murder', according to FBI sources."
Comment: Duh? Sending out 'killers' and killing them too, and in this case slowly, is rather a feat. The 'killers' would have realized they were dying and in revenge would spill the beans. No government would do such a thing. It's ridiculous.

"Yesterday it also emerged that initial tests which suggested that Mario Scaramella, an Italian associate of Mr Litvinenko, had ingested large amounts of polonium-210 were either incorrect or misread."
Comment: There appears to be a lot of disinformation going around. So who is sending out 'a message of terror'? The Western media and their sources.

As said before, this case is not a murder case, but an international nuclear trafficking deal linked to the rebellion in Chechnya. The money must come from some source and this trick has been done before. Officially no money can be earmarked for supporting the Chechen terrorists, so they have to earn it themselves. How? By trafficking in nuclear material.

Now let's consider this scenario:
You have a number of ex-KGB rogues, all of whom went into 'business' (mostly shady, big money business). These people were fired and accused of crimes in Russia, so they go West, where they are immediately taken in as freedom fighters and put to work against Russia. The Chechen link is obvious.
Those ex-spies who are still allowed to travel to Russia, still have their contacts. In the confusion that reigned after the collapse of the Soviet Union, they created their trafficking business. Nuclear contamination was found in several planes, hotels and houses they used. If a 'killer' was involved, would he travel around Europe first, and take the risk of getting contaminated himself and contaminating others? Surely not. He would go straight for his victim and get out as quickly as possible.

As the traffickers are not experts, but 'businessmen', and the contraband has to be packed and transported secretly, they don't have the expertise and means a government has to seal and safely transport it, so they made a serious mistake and contaminated themselves. Which one can deduce from the fact that they contaminated several places in different countries with their goods.

Now, in order to disguise this fatal mistake, the powers behind or those that allowed the trafficking, are taking the only way out that would also serve their purpose of destabilizing Russia: they accuse Putin of a 'murder'. And, of course, the murder of one rich rogue is more important than the murder of thousands of people in Iraq and Afghanistan.
The effort by the media is so concerted and so oblivious of the facts, that it is obviously a cover-up. It is inconceivable that the CIA and MI5/MI6 did not know about the activities of these Russian 'businessmen'. It is even probable these traffickers worked under their supervision, at the least their condonement.

Reuters: "German police have found traces of radiation in two buildings linked to a Russian businessman who met the murdered ex-spy Alexander Litvinenko on the day he fell ill.
The probe into Litvinenko's death spread to Germany when radiation traces were found overnight in the apartment of the ex-wife of businessman Dmitry Kovtun in the northern city of Hamburg. Kovtun met Litvinenko in a London bar on November 1."

If this was murder and the killers contaminated themselves because they 'were not professionally trained to handle the substance', then Kovtun would be the 'killer'. Now why is Kovtun not accused of murder? Maybe because he forms part of the gang of traffickers shielded by CIA/MI6.

How could the traffickers have contaminated themselves? I already mentioned the lack of expertise and means for safe transport; they had to use regular airlines and hotels, they did not have the means of concealment and transport a government has.
While concluding their deals, they have to check the contraband for quality. They were told - as we are told now by experts - that Polonium 210 is only deadly when taken internally. Some experts even went so far as to suggest the stuff can safely be put on your hand and it would not be able to penetrate the skin. Still strange, though, how can it then penetrate from the bowels into the blood stream? Anyway, the traffickers believed this and opened the canister with the powder (as Polonium 210 is produced as a powder) to be shown and checked by their contacts and potential buyers.

An efficient ventilation in the room would be enough to disperse a few minute particles on clothing, glasses, cigarettes. The behaviour of Polonium 210 suggests it may be fairly innocuous when touched, but can travel easily in air currents.

The checking of the substance by potential dealers/buyers is the stage where the contamination can take place. A killer would only have to open the flask once, thus diminishing any risk of contamination; dealers would want to check the stuff during each transaction. The checking could only be done by opening the flask or whatever it was in, as the radiation could not penetrate glass or other material. So they had to open the flask and measure the radiation at each stage during the trafficking. Each time they would be in danger of contaminating themselves. And this is exactly what happened: a pattern of contamination in different countries, cities and houses.

So this in short is the story: ex-KGB men with lots of shady contacts are allowed to traffick in the West with highly profitable nuclear material - probably to finance the rebellion in Chechnya. They make a serious safety mistake and contaminate all places they frequent with their contraband. Finally, Litvinenko - the head of the operation? - checks the stuff and breathes in a deadly dose.
How do you get out of this pickle? By asserting you were poisoned by Putin. The West is a sucker for stuff like that. They would even pay you for it. And the CIA and MI6 are heavily involved in destabilizing Russia via Chechnya.
There's your whole story in a nutshell. And it eclipses even the Iran-contra affair. This smells like a secret operation gone foul. The only thing that remains to be done is to blame the Russian government for it.

At least we know that the Berezovkys and Litvinenkos were shielded by the powers that be.
JazzFromHell: "If you look at this innocuous little tidbit from the Guardian UK, you'll see that Neil Bush, brother of President George W. Bush, is palling around in public with exiled Russian billionaire Boris Berezovsky at a sporting event in England.
You'll see that Berezovsky, or Platon Elenin as he prefers to be called, has ties to Chechen terrorists and was the subject of a book that claimed he was 'a mafia boss who had his rivals murdered'. So what the heck is he doing hobnobbing with the brother of the president of the United States?"
