Spring Cleaning I actually have a folder in my Favorites for the random sites I come across that might get posted later to this site.  That folder gets pretty stuffed after awhile when I don't go through it and either a) go ahead and post the links, or b) just delete them. In the hopes of making myself feel as though I didn't completely waste my time putting them into that folder in the first place, here are several links that got tossed in there over the past few months but I never got around to doing a proper post about: Book of Sick:  Bizarre comics and animated films, though when I checked it just now, it seems parts of the site are now password protected .  Up to you whether you can get it to work or not. Extreme Ironing:  The latest danger sport which combines the thrill of an extreme outdoor activity with the satisfaction of a well-pressed shirt. Academic Ranking of World Universities:  See where your school ranks worldwide according to the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Institute of Higher Education.  And by golly, if they say so, then it must be true. The Margret Thatcher Illusion:  I showed this illusion to my classes last year.  Very freaky if you haven't experienced it yet. The History of...:  The history of all sorts of random, everyday stuff. Movie-A-Minute:  Don't have time to watch lots of movies?  This site is for you.  Also home to the equally satisfying Book-A-Minute. Moving Image:  Nifty photo of our commander in chief. The Incredibles Trailer:  See what Pixar has up its sleeves for the Fall. My Sock Drawer:  If you're into socks (and who isn't?), this will make you feel all warm and mooshy inside.
