Just returned back from kauai a couple of days ago, I forgot my camera but my blackberry did a pretty good job of capturing interesting shots..check them out here (the link should take you over to photobucket). Not much to report, I had fun, went into the water a few times, sunburned the bottom of my foot, got bit by something, got sick by something I ate, hung out with the parents, got shaved ice, that is yummy, left 80 degree weather to come back to 45 degree weather, brr, it was cold when I got back saturday night, stayed in a cool little vacation rental, Taro Patch Hale, sleeping by the river at night is awesome and blue, the dog is totally sweet and loves to be petted. There are chickens and roosters everywhere. If you smoke, bring your own cigs, pack of cigarettes is 8.00. Relaxed as much as possible although it seemed everytime I started to fall into a deep sleep, the alarm or phone would go off. Went to a spa, it was interesting, the steam and salt scrub were good and at the time the massage felt incredible but I woke up sore the next day, pretty sure that shouldn't happened. Got sand in my phone, had to go find air in a can, found it, fixed the phone. Missed my computer but at least the phone still gets internet access. Drove around alot and explored. All in all, it was an experience. I relaxed and now I don't wanna go back to work, tommorrow the world starts again.
