You know your getting old when.........
You chase the Grand kids through Dizzyland for 12 hours and feel like you have just fought the entire Iraq War by yourself. You know your getting old when after 12 hours you can only walk a few feet before looking for another bench to sit on, you ask the kids if they are tired and they say "No way".
Some advice for old people thinking of chasing youngsters through Disneyland for two day. Budget an extra 50 bucks to rent one of the motorized carts for the whole day. Don't wait till the end of the second day to do it when you could have been riding around in comfort all day. I have aches and blisters in places I didn't know I had. It wouldn't have been so bad if Global Warming had not decided to strike the Magic Kingdom just as we arrived. Probably Gods punishment for my skepticism!
I will recover rapidly now that I am back in the big office chair with my feet up in front of the computer where I belong. Time to look over the last two days of RSS feeds to see what I missed.(LP)
P.S. I just checked and there are 320 new items in the last two days. This might take awhile!
