Back from seacoast

Just back from the beach. All went fine with the family visit. Everyone was able to stay firmly within their doorjambs ;-) (No nos sacamos de quicio - Does that work?) I don't know how long that would have continued if I had stayed a few days instead of just the weekend, but it was probably better to leave while ahead. I think the visit helped take the edge off of things between my brother and I, which is good. And it's always nice to see my 14-year-old nephew, who is a good kid. My brother says he's never seen him in a bad mood.

Tomorrow morning, back to work. Tonight, unpacking and settling back in, and then sleeping in my own bed with my own pillow, a cool breeze coming in through the window. I'm looking forward to that. 'night all.
