Leadership the right way I saw this post from Guy Kawasaki this morning. This eventually links to a sermon by Nancy Ortberg at the Menlo Park Presbyterian Church. He calls it a powerful combination of a powerful message delivered in a powerful way. I agree and further think that this is one of the best discussions of leadership I've ever heard.
