When Alan Keyes says "I'll have to think about"...that's not good [posted by Troy] Things are still looking good for Barck Obama. The Republicans asked Alan Keyes who hasn't done very well as a candidate for anything. It doesn't help that he's from Maryland. It looks like the Republicans are just trying to find the most famous African-American they can find...or something. Like one NPR commentator said this morning, maybe the reason that Republicans are against affirmative action is because they are so bad at it. Illinois is like the 6th largest state in the country. Surely, there must be someone from here that could be better than Alan Keyes. Puh-leeze!

Almost lost Kim [posted by Troy] It's been super windy here the last two days. Yes, yes, the Windy city and all of that. Tonigh Kim and I were biking on the Lake Front. We were near Fullerton and right by the lake when a huge wave crashed down and soaked Kim. It was very cool looking. I don't know how Kim stayed on her bike. The wave had to have been 15 feet in the air. It actually was water thrown into the air as waves crashed into the walls near the bike path. It was like Kim was on National Geographic Explorer or something.
