When you invade another country, bring enough troops to do the job. the looting of libraries and museums is a bit embarrassing.

Here's one for those who like story problems. [posted by Troy] This Olympics the US won the most medals. But, isn't that logical, since we are the richest country in the world? To see who really won, I think that the Medal Totals Per Country should be normalized by each countries Gross National Product (you can get the 2001 GNPs Here: Table 1333, Page 851). This is a rough way to equalize out the wealth factor. This should also be equalized by the total population of the country (table 1322, page 842). Now, I don't expect anyone to actually figure this out for all of the countries in the Olympics, but I'd be curious for the top 5-10 medal winners. Feel free to post your answers.
