The World is different [posted by Troy] Here's an interesting article from the Christian Science Monitor about the world 3 years after 9/11. My opinion is this. I find it ultimatley tragic that 9/11 has become the #1 tool for our country to use in pushing around the rest of the world. The "you're with us or against us attitude" has polarized the world, and it seems that none of us can find common ground on foreign policy, gay rights, the economy, and many other issues. Strike first. Talk later. All in the name of 9/11.

USA Cycling [posted by Troy]
US Cycling is rocking the protours. Olympic gold medal winner Tyler Hamilton won the 8th stage in the Tour of Spain today. The overall race leader is American Floyd Landis who rides for the US Postal team (riding without Lance Armstrong in this race). Three of the top four places in this tour ride for US Postal. (The fourth rider is Hamilton.)
