Again!
I was up early again this morning. I just can't seem to sleep past 6 o'clock these days. I took the opportunity to make some meals for the coming week - a caribou/barley/veggie soup and a huge pot of chili that I think will feed an army (but then with three teenagers in the house I have an army). I'm not feeling terribly imaginative with my meals lately, but I figure if the brood doesn't like it they can feed themselves.
Alan is talking about how expensive it's going to be to live in Hollywood if he's accepted to attend school there. I plan to put together a week's worth of recipes for him, based on a grocery bill of $25 a week per person (if he lives with his two friends, that's $75 a week - quite do-able with a bit of planning). Any and all suggestions for recipes are welcomed.
