China Bay will move to a bigger office soon. We will have the ground floor of an old villa on Weihai Lu, very close to the Four Season[base ']s Hotel. I went to take a look this afternoon, and the location is great. The sun was shining, and it was very quiet. A nice place to work! But it has to be completely renovated, including a new floor, new walls and all new wiring. The bathrooms are so bad that we will build new ones as well. Only down side about the new office is that I cannot walk to my office anymore.

It got cold once again in Shanghai. Friday night it started snowing and Saturday morning Shanghai was covered by a thin white blanket. The snow disappeared quickly once the sun started shining. But outside it still felt freezing cold because of the strong wind (windforce 8 according to the Shanghai Daily). Hope it will be warmer soon. Shanghai houses do not have central heating, and I don[base ']t like using our airconditioners as heaters too much. Once you turn them off it[base ']s cold again within a few minutes! A year ago it was much warmer already, I remember I gave a party on a Saturday late February when the temperature was above 20 degrees.
