Would You Believe...? Farewell to Don Adams, the actor who played Maxwell Smart and provided the voice of Inspector Gadget, who died Sunday at age 82. When I was younger, I remember WBFF airing reruns of Get Smart. I did not know it at the time, but that was my first exposure to the comic genius that is Mel Brooks. At the same time, I used to watch Inspector Gadget in the mornings before going to elementary school. Now I want to watch some Get Smart... 9:14:10 AM    comment []  trackback []

Snay Rocks! Just a brief moment to pay a nice compliment to Malnurtured Snay.  In my first month in my new digs, he has supplied me with both office decorations--my cool Darth Vader action figure--and a fan to keep my stuffy office slightly cooler.  He accepted nothing in return for either gesture, and he put up with my inane babbling about the new job.  Nonetheless, he is both a gentleman and a scholar.  I am going to insist publicly that I at least return the favor via a lunch or some other get-together.  So, Snay, what say you about lunch or something to that effect?  8:51:14 AM    comment []  trackback []
