MCOT News, Bangkok: The fashion among teenagers for injecting their penises with olive oil to boost their size could cause misshaped members and even permanent erections, the Director-General of the Department of Medical Services, Dr. Chatri Banchuin, warned today.

Speaking in response to reports that youths in Thailand's central province of Ayutthaya were injecting their penises with olive oil and beta agonists used to redden meat, Dr. Chatri said that the injection of any kind of substance into the penis was extremely dangerous.

Xinhua: The Hefei Intermediate People's Court has announced that it would adjudicate China's first internet sex crime, the so-called 99BBS, on May 11th.

At the end of last year, under the leadership of the Ministry of Public Security, the Anhui Provincial Department of Public Security mobilized its internet police and security personnel and arrested twelve suspected criminals throughout the country after doggedly pursuing the case for more than one month. The arrests broke the backbone of the internet criminal enterprise operating in China, forcing the closure of the gang's websites.

AZCentral: Who's the old lady with J.Lo?

Heretical as it may seem, this will be the reaction of many audience members under the age of 30 when "Monster-in-Law" opens on Friday. It may not be fair, but it is understandable. Jane Fonda hasn't been in a movie in 15 years.

The Movie Guys: Director Robert Luketic's (Legally Blonde) comedy Monster-in-Law is a shrill, forced effort that nonetheless seemed to delight the audience of mostly middle-aged women at the screening this critic attended.

Jennifer Lopez plays Charlotte, a young temp who finds herself in a whirlwind romance with a handsome doctor (Alias' Michael Vartan). After the perfunctory courtship scenes, Vartan's mother Viola (Jane Fonda), a disgraced daytime television interviewer, comes into play.

Contact Music: Welsh opera star Charlotte Church  insists the topless photos of her that recently surfaced on the internet have been doctored.

The Voice of an Angel singer, 19, admits she sent racy photos to her new boyfriend Gavin Henson mobile phone, which was subsequently stolen, but denies her breasts were on show in the images.

Church fumes, "Yes, his phone was stolen, but no, I never sent a topless photo.

Celebrity Dirt: Charlotte Church puling a Paris Hilton

You may remember Charlotte Church as the meaty little kid who sounded like an opera house, but the girl is all grown-up now -- okay, she's only 19, but she's already sending naked pictures of herself via text messages.
Okay, so she doesn't send the pics to everyone; just her 23-year-old rugby star boyfriend, Gavin Henson. Nevertheless, it seems that Henson "lost" his phone and her topless shot has been sent to hundreds of cell phones since.
The picture, now being offered to publications at the cost of over $35,000, may end up biting Charlotte in the nip. You'd think that celebrities would have learned by now. It's tit for tat, I guess.

New York Times: Giacomo Casanova, the 18th-century Venetian, reportedly ate dozens of oysters at a time to stir arousal before his legendary trysts. And some ancient cultures thought oysters resembled female genitalia, leading them to believe they imparted sexual prowess.

Yet after all these centuries, the science behind the claim remains murky.
