Gothamist: In what we think might be one of the worst rulings ever, a judge ruled that a pat on the butt is not "forcible touching" and therefore, it's pretty much legal. Fabric store employee Mohammed Nuruzzaman was charged with forcible touching, third degree sex abuse, and second degree harassment after allegedly touching a female customer's butt - without her consent.

Hecklerspray: Yahoo! have conducted a survey to find Britain's Sexiest Voice. And some of the results are downright confusing.

The winners make sense. Sir Sean Connery and Mariella Frostrup take the honours, and rightly so. You could listen to either of them read a list of various fungal infections and it'd sound like heaven.

Health24.com: Smoking causes the blood vessels in the penis to narrow. The subsequent decreased blood flow makes it difficult or impossible to achieve and maintain an erection. In England, more than 120 000 men between the ages of 30 to 50 are currently impotent due to smoking.

Southern Voice: Scientists recently hauled out yet more evidence of a biological basis for homosexuality when they showed that sniffing an extract of estrogen sent straight men to the moon and gay men into a nosedive.

When hetero men sniffed a male sweat chemical, their smell-related brain region lit up. When homo men sniffed the male sweat chemical the thrill went straight to their hypothalamus, the part of the brain believed to influence sexual orientation.

The Wire: The thing about orgasms is they are never boring. Latest proof of this aphrodisiacal aphorism can be found on the “Most-Emailed Articles” list at nytimes.com.

The number-one-emailed story over the past 24 hours is one that was originally published on Tuesday headlined, “A Critic Takes On the Logic of Female Orgasm,” about a new book by Indiana University biology professor, Dr. Elisabeth A. Lloyd.

This, in essence, means readers care more about le petite mort than about the incredibly depressing and grave situation in Iraq, as described by U.S. military commanders.

Ebay: At least one dozen people offer body space for advertising, including Hollister cheerleader (below), currently attracting a bid of $510.

Ebay

Financial Express: A 21-year-old college business major living in this northern New Jersey community has proven a basic lesson of marketing: sex sells.

Courtney Van Dunk posted a bikini-clad picture of herself on eBay about two weeks ago, auctioning off space on her body for advertisers.

The auction ended yesterday with a winning bid from a New Jersey wine retailer offering $11,300 for a month's worth of advertising.

Radar Online: . . . the lawsuit repeats all those embarrassing habits in a hilarious paragraph:

The private facts revealed include such facts as the number of times he ejaculated, his difficulty in maintaining an erection while wearing a particular condom provided by Cutler, spanking and hair pulling during their sexual activity (but conveniently leaving out Cutler’s request of both), his intimate personal conversations with Cutler during sexual activity and during the course of their relationship, physical descriptions of his naked body, the physical details of the sexual positions assumed by Cutler and (Steinbuch)…

The Smoking Gun: Copy of full court application.

Contractor.UK: The unknown sex star of an erotic blog that transfixed workers on Capitol Hill has exposed himself, so that he can sue the author for posting details of their intimate acts on the internet.

Robert Steinbuch, staff attorney for Ohio Republican senator Michael DeWine, is claiming at least $75,000 (£40,000) damages for “gross invasion of privacy,” after the junior colleague he slept with chronicled their affair.

Steinbuch admits that he is one of six men featuring on the erotic blog of Jessica Cutler, a 26-year-old Senate worker.

National Debate's px of Jessica Cutler: As of right now there are no plans to publish these photos in Playboy magazine as originally reported.

Indy Star: Education and business leaders have long said Hoosier high school students graduate understanding too little math, history and science.

Turns out they may also know too little about sex.

Sify: Sex comedies are proving hot properties at this year's Cannes marketplace, demonstrating that directors can use comedy and sex to tackle social issues and be sure of winning big audiences at the same time.

The title of one sexy comic romp on sale here this week appears to sum it up: "Sex Sells."

Peel Region: Two in every three (68%) Peel students have tried alcohol. Of these, one in three (33%) tried alcohol when they were in Grade 6 or earlier, and 70% tried it before they entered high school. One in every four (26%) students has tried marijuana and 38% of these students first tried it before they entered high school.

Over half (57%) of all Peel students have been sunburned and most do not make regular efforts to protect themselves from the sun. Two or more sunburns as a young person puts most people at risk of cancer later in life. Fewer than one in every five students wear a helmet always or most of the time when they ride a bicycle, go in-line skating or go downhill skiing.
