Xeni Jardin: A number of Iranian weblogs are reporting that on August 15, 16-year-old girl Atefe Rajabi was executed in the Iranian town Neka. According to reports, she was hanged in the street for having engaged "in acts incompatible with chastity." An Amnesty International statement condemning the reported execution is
