I'm floating this collective weblog concept , based on the premise that everyone is an expert in something,for feedback. Please leave your criticism in the comments.

Concept: an open weblog where any web surfer can post a question on (almost) any subject. Other web surfers will answer questions through a comment type of system based on their experience, knowledge, and training. Questions would be routed into categories based on the content matter for easy callback. An RSS feed of the questions stream (any maybe the answers?) would, of course, be generated automatically. Custard-Filled Speed Bumps: "Custard contains finely ground cornflour and is a 'dilatant' mixture, changing from liquid to solid when pressure is applied. Thus, a benign, rather flaccid bump encountered at low speeds becomes an unforgiving, hardened lump when hit at speed. For blatant speeding > 70MPH, the hump would burst showering the offending vehicle with incriminating custard."
