Last Friday, I let my neighbors harvest some of my out-of-control rhubarb. Today, I come home to find a rhubarb pie on my porch. How good can life get?  8:38:51 PM  permalink   Add a comment

Man oh man, is hot out today. I started mowing my lawn mid-afternoon, but it was too hot for this Alaskan, so I went back inside, intending to complete my task this evening. But now I'm out of gasoline, and if I run to the station to buy some, it will be too late to mow when I get back and fill 'er up.

Fantastic. I'm sure my neighbors enjoy will enjoy the work of modern art that is my lawn.  7:24:00 PM  permalink   Add a comment
