Symantec's stock price briefly got over $50/share today. That's the highest it's been since I've been working here--I think it's time to exercise my remaining options!

US Marines - The Marine's approach to peacekeeping in Iraq. [NOSI - Naval Open Source Intelligence]

The problem with this approach is that it guarantees that the Marines will also be hated. At that point all that fear will accomplish is encouraging the Iraqis to anonymously shoot them in the back or fire mortars at them, instead of peacefully protesting out in the open.
