Phil Wolf, of a klog apart, recommends a slate in California's recall election. I agree with 1 (no recall), 3 (no - can't afford proposition 53 right now) and 4 (no on the 'colorblind' proposition 54).
The choice for question 2 (Wolf recommends Bustamante) is more a choice personal taste. The actual winner will be decided by conservative voters who choose to vote with their conscience and ideology for Tom McClintock or for party linesman, Arnold Schwarzenegger.
