I was wrong, again. I can't explain why, but Perugia Calcio announced today that it has bought Ahn's contract. I do not understand it. They made him sign a statement saying that he has never denigrated Italian football. The only explanation I can think of is that they actually has an offer for him and will make money. They always like that. The question now is, will we see him again? Will we see other Korean players in Europe? Today I saw a picture of Roberto Baggio, who is thinking of staying at Brescia or going to Chelsea, with a Korean player. Scary.

Hugh Dallas, the Scott referee of the German-USA match, defends his decision not to award a penalty for a hand inside the goal line that avoided a goal. Nobody asks the real question... Why did he stop the game after that hand? I think the ball went in, if not you had to give a penalty for the hand, and if not you had to let the game continue and it would have been a goal anyways... The indefensible can't be defended without defying logic...

A list of the comedy of errors in The Dirty World Cup. Note the statistically improbable fact that in games with more than one mistake, it falls always on the same side. That is the fact that has to call intelligent human beings to realize this is cheating and nothing else.
