I bet there are hundreds of stories like this one of scientists trading up to Mac OS X. Simply put the power of Unix with the convenience of Microsoft Office is vastly superior to any alternative. I like what he says about being able to use Unix programs in his laptop. Yes, it is nice.

The Dirty World Cup is not over. It will continue saturday as Turkey is cheated of third place. Look at the referees. Zero international experience...
As predicted, the italian Colina will be the referee of the final, again with only european assistants. Dallas who gave Germany a hand by disallowing the goal by the US will be the fourth man. Scary. Why do you reward a person who made a mistake? It was Blatter who suggested the non european referees for the third place game...
A radio in Korea announced that Germany had been disqualified for drug use and, of course, the Korean believe it and celebrated, because This is the Dirty World Cup.
Blatter blabs about there being "5% percent of disputable results" in 62 games that is only 3 games. I think there was more than that. But of the three games he admitted two favor Korea, an statistically improbable result that shows it wasn't a random event.
