Why has 802.11 flourished and Bluetooth failed?[Via /.]
That at this point in time there are people (columnists even) that do not undertand that 802.11 (Wi-Fi) and Bluetooth are two different solutions to two different problems is just... amazing... How stupid can you be and make a living writing? So, one more time: Wi-Fi is a substitute to your Ethernet connection, so you don't need that wire. Bluetooth is a substitute to USB, so you won't need those wires... Get it? Morons!
