Comment - Sounds like a good way to throw away $80. A poison gas attack in Lansing is pretty low risk. You're more at risk of getting run over on your way to the mailbox to pick up the package the gas mask is shipped in.

Comment - A little technical and geeky, which is why I think it may appeal to a certain female U of M engineer in the family. Interestingly, the one graphic they say is the best ever made is one that was drawn in the 19th century and depicts Napoleon's shrinking French army on its retreat from Moscow.

Comment - Watch, pretty soon they'll sign 10-year-olds to NBA contracts. Kinds of like buying "Futures" on the commodities exchanges. Maybe if you are the Detroit Pistons, you pay a 10-year-old and his family $100,000 a year for eight years. Then, when the kid turns 18, you have exclusive rights to negotiate a contract with him to play in the NBA.

Hey, why not? It's the free market at work.
