The Vagabond Slat Rat is now in the "City of Brotherly Love." Since my plane didn't get in until after 11:00 PM, I don't have much of an idea of what Philly is like other than it is very pretty at night. I'll be squeezing in some touristing tomorrow in between conference sessions.
I can tell I need to brush up on my Revolutionary War geography. Did you know that Valley Forge is close to Philly? I had no idea but I saw several highway signs indicating "this way to Valley Forge." After last week in Boston and this week in Philadelphia, I think I'll have the Revolutionary War thing down.
This is on tap for tomorrow - if the Slat Rat doesn't melt. It's hot tonight and it is supposed to be 90 degrees tomorrow. Slat Rats don't do 90 degrees.
