I walked to the restaurant tonight and I walked right by the Liberty Bell (the Liberty Bell!) and Ben Franklin's house. Wow! It's somewhat unreal for an Alaskan to walk past Revolutionary War landmarks on the way to dinner.

I had dinner this evening at Tangerine. Quite the place - very hip - very dark! The food was quite good - I had the best chicken I've ever had in my life. But you know, I had way more fun at last night's wine tasting dinner at Fork. I really missed my wine tasting buddies tonight - it just wasn't the same.

Whoa - it was a hot one today in Philly: 95 degrees! Us Slat Rats were very happy to ensconced in the nicely cooled Convention Center.
