More Government Hill stuff this morning. Several of us met with Luther Snow of the Asset-Based Community Development Institute. Mr. Snow is a facilitator the City has brought in to work with the various stakeholders who are participating in the North Ship Creek Working Group.
It was quite interesting - community development/planning with diverse stakeholders is really quite fascinating and actually kind of fun. Well, it's fun as long as all of the stakeholders are committed to participating. If not, it can become un-fun very quickly.
Tomorrow is the big, all-day work session. Unfortunately, I'll miss out. But I'll get the scoop from other folks are able to attend. Maybe this effort will actually pan out...
