Last night, after two hours of painful stitching of a Twisted Coptic Binding (how many times can one person poke themselves with a needle?) I finished making my new journal. Despite all the blood, I absolutely love it! I think it's the best journal I've ever made - by a long shot. It transcends anything I've done before. Of course, beauty is in the eyes of the beholder.
It is definitely my favorite journal of all time. Journal entries over the next few months will be a blast. I think that if one is keeping a journal, it is very important to bond with one's journal. If the journal doesn't rock your boat, you probably won't be doing much on the journaling front.
